dc.description.abstractLa capacidad de innovación (CI) es un factor clave para la sostenibilidad y el crecimiento de las organizaciones, especialmente en sectores donde el conocimiento es un recurso fundamental. Este estudio tiene como objetivo diagnosticar el grado de desarrollo de los facilitadores de gestión (FG) de la innovación en empresas que prestan servicios de fonoaudiología en Colombia. Se empleó el Modelo para la Medición de los Determinantes de la Capacidad de Innovación (MMDCI) para evaluar tres FG: estrategia organizacional (SO), asignación de recursos (AR) y gestión del conocimiento (GC). El estudio se llevó a cabo en 37 empresas del sector, a través de la aplicación de un cuestionario estructurado que permitió recolectar información cuantitativa sobre el estado de cada FG. Los resultados evidencian que la SO presenta avances en su estructuración, pero requiere mayor articulación con procesos de innovación. La AR muestra dificultades en la provisión de incentivos y espacios dedicados a la innovación. La GC presenta debilidades en la difusión y utilización de la información dentro de las organizaciones. Con base en estos hallazgos, se sugieren recomendaciones para fortalecer la CI en el sector, promoviendo mejoras en la planificación estratégica, optimización de recursos y consolidación de procesos de aprendizaje organizacional. dc.description.abstractInnovation capacity is a key factor for the sustainability and growth of organizations, especially in sectors where knowledge is a fundamental resource. This study aims to diagnose the degree of development of the managerial levers (ML) of innovation in companies providing speech therapy services in Colombia. The Model for Measuring the Determinants of Innovation Capacity (MMDCI) was used to evaluate three ML: organizational strategy, resource allocation, and knowledge management. The study was conducted in 37 companies in the sector through the application of a structured questionnaire that allowed the collection of quantitative information on the state of each MF. The results show that organizational strategy has progressed in its structuring but requires greater articulation with innovation processes. Resource allocation shows difficulties in providing incentives and dedicated spaces for innovation. Knowledge management presents weaknesses in the dissemination and use of information within organizations. Based on these findings, recommendations are suggested to strengthen innovation capacity in the sector by promoting improvements in strategic planning, resource optimization, and the consolidation of organizational learning processes. These actions can contribute to developing a more dynamic and competitive environment in speech therapy services in Colombia from the companies that participate in the study.eng

dc.description.methodsEn la primera fase se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura con el fin de construir un marco conceptual pertinente sobre el tema. Posteriormente, se llevó a cabo la recopilación de las empresas en una base de datos y se realizó una depuración de aquellas que eran aptas para el estudio, identificando sus características principales. Asimismo, se implementó el modelo de medición de los determinantes de la capacidad de innovación (MMDCI) propuesto por Rueda Cáceres (2018) en un formulario diseñado y alojado en la plataforma Google Forms para el posterior envío a las empresas participantes del estudio. El cálculo del grado de desarrollo de los FG se llevó a cabo mediante las encuestas aplicadas durante la fase 2, utilizando el MMDCI (Rueda Cáceres, 2018) para una muestra significativa de empresas del sector salud que prestan servicios de fonoaudiología. A estas empresas se les realizó un acercamiento inicial con la propuesta para su participación en el estudio, y tras su aceptación, se recolectaron datos que fueron almacenados para su posterior procesamiento. En la fase 3, se realizó el análisis de datos a través de estadística inferencial, analizando cada FG en detalle y se destinó un capítulo específico para su desarrollo dentro del presente trabajo final de Maestría. Finalmente, en la fase 4 se formularon recomendaciones para cada FG, dirigidas a las empresas participantes del estudio que prestan servicios de fonoaudiología en Colombia, así como para el MMDCI (Rueda Cáceres, 2018).spa
