dc.description.abstractLa Transformación Digital (TD) surge como un proceso de cambio disruptivo incremental, que comienza con la adopción y el uso de tecnologías digitales, luego evoluciona hacia una conversión holística deliberada de una organización en la búsqueda de creación de valor. Sin embargo, este camino de transformación no es sencillo, por lo que las organizaciones necesitan una hoja de ruta mediante la cual planifiquen y controlen dicha gestión, surgiendo los modelos de madurez de TD como una herramienta para dicha funcionalidad. Bajo esta necesidad se ejecutó un estudio en una organización colombiana, en el que se aborda la evaluación de la capacidad de TD de esta, logrando identificar cómo se ha desarrollado este proceso desde las dimensiones: estrategia, tareas, cultura, personas, estructura; para que alcance una nueva etapa en la que las tecnologías digitales no se limiten a divisiones, canales o funciones separadas, sino que se utilicen en toda la organización para respaldar estrategias corporativas, basada en la concepción que una cultura digital efectiva es un esfuerzo intencional y global soportada en su talento humano. El objetivo de este trabajo final de maestría es analizar el grado de madurez de la Transformación Digital de una organización. Para alcanzar este objetivo se desarrolló una investigación mixta, no experimental y descriptiva en tres etapas: 1) caracterizar los métodos/ modelos de medición de la madurez de la TD en una organización con base en una Revisión Sistemática de Literatura; 2) aplicar el método/ modelo de medición de la madurez de la TD más adecuado a la organización; y 3) proponer recomendaciones a la organización para mejorar su nivel de madurez de la TD. Como resultados principales se tiene el análisis del grado de madurez de la TD de una organización y las recomendaciones a la entidad para mejorar su nivel de madurez de la TD con base en los resultados de la aplicación del MMTD Aligning The Organization for Its Digital Future de MIT Sloan Management Review y Deloitte. Concluyendo que, la progresión en el grado de madurez de la TD de una organización se relaciona directamente con la apropiación de la estrategia digital dentro de su planificación estratégica, al conseguir una evolución de la empresa tradicional a una estructura inteligente, donde la inversión no está enfocada únicamente en la adquisición de tecnología si no en el cambio de paradigmas organizacionales hacia un modelo de negocio progresista con perspectiva en el futuro digital y cultura de cambio. dc.description.abstractDigital Transformation (DT) emerges as an incremental disruptive change process, beginning with the adoption and use of digital technologies, then evolving towards a deliberate holistic conversion of an organization in pursuit of value creation. However, this path of transformation is not easy, so organizations need a roadmap through which to plan and control said management, emerging TD maturity models as a tool for said functionality. Under this need, a study was carried out in a Colombian organization, which addresses the evaluation of its DT capacity, managing to identify how this process has developed from the dimensions: strategy, tasks, culture, people, structure; to reach a new stage where digital technologies are not limited to separate divisions, channels or functions, but are used across the organization to support corporate strategies, based on the understanding that an effective digital culture is an intentional effort and supported by its human talent. The objective of this final master's degree project is to analyze the degree of maturity of the Digital Transformation of an organization. To achieve this objective, a mixed, nonexperimental and descriptive investigation was demonstrated in three stages: 1) characterize the methods/ for measuring the maturity of DT in an organization based on a Systematic Literature Review; 2) apply the most appropriate DT maturity measurement method/model for the organization; and 3) propose recommendations to the organization to improve its level of DT maturity. The main results are the analysis of the degree of maturity of the TD of an organization and the recommendations to the entity to improve its level of maturity of the TD based on the results of the application of the MMTD Aligning The Organization for Its Digital Future of MIT Sloan Management Review and Deloitte. Concluding that the progression in the degree of maturity of the TD of an organization is directly related to the appropriation of the digital strategy within its strategic planning, achieving an evolution from the traditional company to an intelligent structure, where the investment is not focused only in the acquisition of technology if not in the change of organizational paradigms towards a progressive business model with a perspective on the digital future and culture of change.eng
