dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este estudio es realizar un diagnóstico y evaluación de las capacidades tecnológicas de una empresa de base tecnológica, identificando así sus fortalezas y debilidades, con el fin de contribuir a la formulación de planes estratégicos que le permitan alcanzar y mantener una ventaja competitiva. Con este fin, se utiliza el proceso de análisis jerárquico para evaluar las capacidades tecnológicas, así como cada uno de sus indicadores clave de forma individual. Posteriormente, a través de entrevistas estructuradas, se revisa el desempeño de la organización en los elementos destacados, lo que les permite ponderarlos de acuerdo con los pesos relativos descubiertos a través del análisis jerárquico, determinando de esta manera el nivel de las capacidades tecnológicas de la empresa (texto tomado de la fuente)spa
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is to diagnose and evaluate a technology-based company's technological capabilities, therefore identifying its strengths and weaknesses, in order to assist in the formation of strategic plans that will enable it to achieve and sustain a competitive advantage. In order to do so, analytic hierarchy process is implemented to assess technological capabilities as well as each of their key indicators separately. Subsequently, the organization's performance in each specific area is evaluated via structured interviews, allowing them to be rated according to the relative weights identified through the hierarchical analysis, therefore defining the organization's technological capabilities. businesseng
