Implicaciones del factor de crecimiento similar a la insulina tipo II (IGF-II) en el desarrollo de la enfermedad trofoblástica gestacional

Abstract

Se realizaron ensayos de adhesión, proliferación, migración e invasión, en células trofoblásticas HTR-8/SVneo usando estímulos con ligandos del sistema IGF y con dosis de gonadotropina coriónica (hCG). Igualmente se midieron los niveles de AMPc para células control y para células silenciadas contra el receptor IGF-IIR. / Abstract: In the present work we performed functional assays regarding to the adhesion, proliferation, migration and invasion in the trophoblastic cell line HTR-8/SVneo, using stimulation with the IGFs and with chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). The levels of the cAMP where also measured using control and silenced cells for the IGF-IIR.
