Abstract

Caracterización de las actividades económicas del sector informal en el área urbana del municipio de Arauca, inscrito en la Secretaría de Gobierno municipal de Arauca 2001 – 2002. Es un trabajo de tipo descriptivo simple que se basa en el socio análisis de las actividades económicas del sector informal araucano, que se da como una respuesta a la situación de desempleo, desplazamiento y aumento de la población flotante que vive el país, este trabajo se desarrolla con 271 personas que se dedican al comercio informal, inscritas en la Secretaría de Gobierno Municipal a las cuales se les aplica una encuesta y se realizan entrevistas con el fin de conocer datos importantes que conduzcan a la realización del trabajo investigativo dando resultados importantes para tal fin, se consultan diferentes bibliografías y se toman los diferentes conceptos de economía informal en donde se destaca el omitido por la Organización Internacional del Trabajo, que expresa “Es un conjunto de actividades dedicadas a la producción de bienes o a la prestación de servicios con la finalidad de crear empleos y generar ingresos. 6 El desempleo por lo consiguiente es el factor trascendental de la economía informal bien sea por las pocas posibilidades que ofrecen los sectores informales o por la situación de violencia que vive el país. Otros factores que desencadenaron la aparición del sector informal son las migraciones, el contrabando y la inflación. Otros conceptos que nos ayudan a una mayor comprensión del trabajo investigativo son: el trabajo, que el que nos permite tener un ingreso para el propio sustento de él y de la familia es una actividad básica y exclusiva del ser humano, el cual debe estar en óptimas condiciones para el desarrollo del mismo, por ello se hace indispensable incluir las condiciones de trabajo bajo la concepción integral del trabajador, los cuales determinan la ejecución de la tarea, el ambiente, en que se desarrolla y la organización de las actividades que permite la obtención del producto.

It is a work of simple descriptive type that is based on the partner analysis of the economic activities of the Araucanian informal sector that one gives like an answer to the unemployment situation, displacement and the floating population's increase that the country, this work lives is developed with 271 people that are devoted to the informal trade, inscribed in Municipal Government's Secretary to which are applied a survey and they are carried out interviews with the purpose of knowing important data that drive to the realization of the investigative work giving important results for such an end, different bibliographies they are consulted and they take the different concepts of informal economy where he/she stands out the omitted one for the International Organization of the Work that expresses it is a group of activities dedicated to the production of goods or the benefit of services with the purpose of to create employments and to generate revenues. 8 The unemployment for the rising thing is well the momentous factor of the informal economy it is for the few possibilities that you/they offer the informal sectors or for the situation of violence that the country lives. Other factors that unchained the appearance of the informal sector are the migrations, the smuggling and the inflation. Other concepts that you/they help us to a bigger understanding of the investigative work are: the work that the one that allows us to have an entrance for the own sustenance of him and of the family it is a basic activity and the human being sole right, which should be under good conditions for the development of the same one, for it becomes it indispensable to include the work conditions under the worker's integral conception, which determine the execution of the task, the atmosphere in that it is developed and the organization of the activities that allows the obtaining of the product.
