Resumen
El propósito de esta investigación consiste en establecer las comprensiones que poseen los diferentes actores sobre el Objeto de Estudio de la Administración en los programas de Administración de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, Facultad Seccional Duitama. El trabajo inicia reconociendo avances teóricos significativos sobre el tema del Objeto de Estudio de la Administración; luego da cuenta de los estudios de administración en Colombia y su relación con el tema de la investigación; continúa presentando las comprensiones que emergen del trabajo de campo adelantado en los programas seleccionados, para cerrar con las conclusiones y recomendaciones. El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue el cualitativo, el cual abordó las siguientes estrategias: análisis documental, taller investigativo, entrevistas a profundidad y triangulación de fuentes. Se concluye que los actores relacionan sus comprensiones sobre el Objeto de Estudio de la Administración con aspectos de tipo administrativo y académico, inherente al ofrecimiento de los programas en la educación superior, la institución y la facultad. A partir del desarrollo del trabajo se propone un programa de investigación.
Abstract. The purpose of this research is establish the understandings that have the actors different on the Study Object of the administration in the Administration Programs Colombian Pedagogical and Technological University, Faculty Sectional Duitama. The work begin recognizing significant theoretical advances on the Study Object of the administration, then realizes administration studies in Colombia and its relationship with the subject of the investigation; continues presenting the understandings that emerges from the fieldwork conducted in selected programs, for close with conclusions and recommendations. The methodological approach was qualitative, which addressed the following strategies: document analysis, research workshop, depth interviews and triangulation of sources. The work conclude that the actors relate their understandings of the Study Object of the Administration with aspects of character administrative and academic inherent in offering programs in higher education, the institution and the faculty. From the development of the work the proposal was a research program.
