Resumen
La presente investigación se propone mostrar una historia de algunas de las ideas que sobre las ciudades en Colombia se han construido, entre mediados del siglo XIX y la actualidad, y plasmadas en las escrituras de las historias de sus pasados. No se pretende abordar la totalidad de los textos producidos en Colombia, ni ofrecer un conjunto de historias sobre las transformaciones físicas de ciertas urbes. Se trata de pensar algunas de las ideas respecto a las ciudades que hemos tenido, y que han quedado inmersas en los textos antes referidos. De allí que, se recurra a métodos de impronta hermenéutica. Sugiriendo de forma paralela, una historia, de tantas posibles, de los caminantes urbanos. Ambos recorridos buscan en el fondo procurar una comprensión de las restricciones que han acaecido sobre los caminantes, más cuando en un momento como el actual, en donde muchas discusiones y acciones planificadoras gravitan en torno a lo que se ha denominado como “movilidad”.
Abstract. This research aims to show a history of some of the ideas about cities in Colombia have been built between the mid-nineteenth century to the present, and reflected in the writings of the histories of their past. It is not intended to address all of the texts produced in Colombia, and offer a set of histories about the physical transformations of certain cities. It is thought some of the ideas about the cities we have had, and have been immersed in the texts mentioned above. Hence, recourse to methods of hermeneutics imprints. Suggesting in parallel, a history, of many possible, of urban walkers. Both tours seek a deep understanding of the constraints that have occurred on the walkers, especially when in a moment like the present, where many discussions and actions planners gravitate to what has been referred to as "mobility".
