Resumen: Se propone el diseño y la ejecución de una Unidad de Enseñanza Potencialmente Significativa (UEPS) sobre formulación y solución de ecuaciones lineales, con base en situaciones problema que las incluyan. La propuesta será validada con los estudiantes del grado 9º de la Institución Educativa Mariscal Robledo, ubicada en la comuna 7 de la ciudad de Medellín. Ella se fundamenta teóricamente en los lineamientos del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y desde los planteamientos que hacen Marco Antonio Moreira, David Ausubel y otros autores importantes. Igualmente, se tendrá en cuenta el contexto socio cultural de la Institución y las características, intereses y necesidades de los alumnos.
Abstract: It is proposed the design and implementation of a potentially meaningful teaching unit about formulation and development of linear equations based on problem situations that include them. The purpose will be validated with the 9th grade students of the Institución Educativa Mariscal Robledo, located in the Comuna 7, of Medellin city. Its theories are based on the Ministry of National Education guidelines and from the purposes that make us Marco Antonio Moreira, David Ausubel and others important authors. In the same way, it will be taken into account the socio-cultural context of the Institution and the characteristics, interests and needs of the students.
