Resumen
La holonarquía administrativa, surge como una nueva perspectiva compleja en el entendimiento de las relaciones humanas en las organizaciones. Entendimiento que se sugiere debe estar basado en las perspectivas caóticas, complejas y holísticas propias del actual paradigma ambiental, en el cual, el hombre y la naturaleza corresponden a una misma red de interconexiones, y todo lo que le sucede a uno inexorablemente le sucede al otro. El hombre dentro de la perspectiva holonica, abandona su papel de individuo, sólo y aislado, pasando a ser parte y todo de una misma realidad. La holonarquia administrativa, integra al individuo a su condición de ser social, invitandolo a cuidar, cooperar y solidarizarse con la organización, la naturaleza y la vida. Abstract
The Holonarquia administrative, arises like a new complex perspective in the understanding of the human relations in the organizations. Understanding that is suggested should be based on the own holistic, complex, and chaotic perspective of the present environmental paradigm, in which, the man and the nature correspond to a same network of interconnections, and everything that happens to one inexorably happens him al another. The man inside the perspective holonica, abandons its role of individual, only and remote, passing to be part and all of a same reality. The Holonarquía administrative, integrates al individual to its social condition to be, inviting it to take care of, to cooperate and to support the organization, the nature and the life.
