Caracterización de las víctimas fatales, a partir de los hallazgos de necropsias, realizadas con ocasión de la ley de justicia y paz: casos identificados en el instituto nacional de medicina legal y ciencias forenses entre los años 2010 a 2012

Resumen
conflicto armado colombiano, cuyos cuerpos han sido exhumados bajo el marco de La ley de Justicia y Paz e identificados en el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses entre los años 2010 a 2012. Se examinaron retrospectivamente un total de 216 expedientes de necropsia, de los cuales se descartaron 28 carpetas atendiendo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se abordaron variables epidemiológicas en relación con la identidad de la persona fallecida, fecha de desaparición, sitio de donde fue recuperado el cuerpo, la fuente de información que orientó el hallazgo, causa de muerte, patrones de lesiones y métodos de identificación. Este estudio, constituye un primer marco de referencia que consolida una caracterización general de las víctimas fatales del conflicto armado visto a partir de la información consignada en los expedientes de necropsias realizadas por orden de las Fiscalías de Justicia y Paz.
Abstract. During this investigation, a profiling of the fatal victims of the Colombian armed conflict, whose bodies have been exhumed under the framework of the Justice and Peace law and identified at the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences from 2010 to 2012 was performed. A total of 216 autopsy records, of which 28 folders basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria were discarded were retrospectively reviewed. Epidemiological variables were addressed in relation to the identity of the deceased, date of disappearance, site where the body was recovered, the source of information that guided the discovery, cause of death , injury patterns and identification methods. This study is a first framework that consolidates a general characterization of the fatal victims of armed conflict seen from the information in the records of autopsies performed by order of the Prosecutor of Justice and Peace.
