Resumen
Este trabajo buscó describir el cuidado de enfermería en el hogar, a una madre con VIH/SIDA y su recién nacido durante el postparto, basado en las cinco categorías de la Teoría de Kristen Swanson, en Bogotá durante el II semestre de 2014. Por medio de un estudio de caso, utilizando la estrategia de seguimiento domiciliario en donde se realizaron 5 visitas al hogar, durante las cuales se desarrolló un plan de cuidado basado en las taxonomías NANDA, NIC, NOC. Previamente se realizó revisión de literatura sobre el tema, que evidencia la necesidad de cuidados que proporcionen confort tanto físico como psicológico a la diada. Como resultado se describe el cuidado de Enfermería brindado a la madre y el recién nacido, que les permitió transcurrir un postparto sin complicaciones y con herramientas para afrontar la situación. Al finalizar se propuso un plan de cuidados de enfermería estandarizado a madres con VIH/SIDA y sus recién nacidos durante el postparto.
Abstract. This study was made to describe the nursing home of a mother with HIV / AIDS and their newborn postpartum, based on the five categories proposed by Kristen Swanson Theory in Bogota during the second half of 2014. Through this case, the study applied home monitoring strategy with five home visits, following a care plan based on the NANDA, NIC, NOC taxonomies. Previously a literature review of about the subject, which demonstrates the need for care to provide both physical and psychological comfort to the dyad. As a result the study describes the nursing care provided to the mother and the newborn, which allowed them to elapse without postpartum complications and tools to face the described issue. At the end of the plan a nursing standardized to mothers with HIV / AIDS and her newborns during the postpartum was proposed.
