Resumen
Este documento hace un Análisis Legal, Financiero y Administrativamente al Fondo Territorial de Pensiones de la Gobernación del Chocó, comprendido entre los años 1995 hasta el 2012 con una metodología tipo documental, apoyada en la Constitución de 1991 y las Leyes: 100 de 1993, 361 de 1997, 776 de 2002, 797 de 2003, 860 de 2003, entre otras leyes y documentos. La información capturada fue sometida a análisis catalogando cada tema conforme a su nivel de importancia. Para logar así la reforma administrativa del Fondo Territorial de Pensiones de la Gobernación del Chocó.
ABSTRACT This document makes a legal analysis, financial and administrative Territorial Pension Fund of the Government of Chocó, between the years 1995 to 2012 with a documentary approach, based on the 1991 constitution and THE LAWS: (100 1993), (361 1997), (776 2002), (797 2003), (860 2003), among other laws and documents.
