En la enseñanza de las matemáticas es pertinente la búsqueda de estrategias que permitan dar sentido a distintos conceptos interdisciplinarmente. Ésta propuesta didáctica proporciona situaciones donde se relacionan los conceptos y procedimientos básicos de la proporcionalidad geométrica, encaminándolos a la descripción de la formación de imágenes en el ojo humano.Summary
Abstract At the Math field is necessary to research significantly strategies for high school students that allow them to recognize relationships between geometry and proportionality but applications too, likewise in learning optics, difficulties are evident in the acquisition of the concepts of geometrical optics and conceptual misunderstandings in the imaging process. This proposal is a methodological approach where basic concepts and procedures of geometric proportionality and related optics geometric. This proposal was implemented by 30 seventh high school students at Nueva Zelandia School, where students had been gotten theoretical and experimental situations to relate the contents of geometric proportionality, geometric constructions at about human eye images and its main refractive aberrations (myopia and hypermetropia) in order to correct them. Efficiency of proposal was measured by comparing the results between diagnostic test and a final test where progress and learning were evidenced by the most of students. It was another way to increase about proportionality geometric and human eye images.Keywords
