Imaginarios urbanos y apropiación del espacio público por parte de estudiantes de la IED Castilla

Abstract

Esta investigación analizó los imaginarios urbanos y las formas de apropiación espacial de los estudiantes de décimo grado de la IED Castilla, localidad de Kennedy, sur de Bogotá, sobre los espacios públicos que constituyen su escenario cotidiano. En ella se investigaron los imaginarios sobre la UPZ (46) Castilla de los estudiantes y como estos modificaban, propiciaban u obstaculizaban su conocimiento y práctica espacial. Para ello, estuvo guiada por la cartografía social como eje transversal y algunas técnicas propias de la investigación cualitativa. Se logró establecer que los imaginarios urbanos son elementos de gran importancia a la hora de desarrollar procesos de apropiación espacial, y que estos últimos favorecen la construcción de un sentido de pertenencia y de identidad del habitante hacia su espacio vivido. Imaginarios urbanos y apropiación espacial constituyen dos de las formas más comunes de relación entre el hombre y el espacio, son elementos indispensables para fortalecer procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje más pertinentes a las realidades de nuestros estudiantes

Abstract. This research analyzed the urban collective and the ways of appropriate spatial of the students who belong to tenth grade of Castilla School , Kennedy locality , South of Bogotá, about the public spaces that set up their diary scenario. This paper studies the collective about the UPZ planning area unit (46) Castilla of the students and how these modify , promote and obstaculice their knowledge and spatial practice. For this reason, was guided by the social cartography as transverse axis and some techniques of the qualitative research. This study established that the urban collective are important elements to develop the process of spatial appropriation, and the last ones encourage the building of sense of belonging and identity of the inhabitant toward his space of life The urban collective and spatial appropriation set up two of the most common ways of the relationship between the man and the space, these elements are indispensable to strengthen the learning and teaching processes more appropriate for the realities of our students.
