Resumen
La enseñanza del uso sostenible del recurso agua es un elemento clave para el cuidado del medio ambiente desde la educación básica, media y superior ya que se relaciona de manera directa e indirecta con cada uno de los entornos que se proponen en los estándares básicos del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. (Entorno vivo, entorno físico, ciencia, tecnología y sociedad). Por tal motivo los docentes de ciencias naturales deben centrar sus esfuerzos en buscar y crear nuevas estrategias de enseñanza hacia el cuidado, ahorro y uso eficiente de este líquido de vital importancia para la vida de todos los seres que habitan el planeta, generando en los estudiantes un pensamiento crítico y reflexivo frente a todas las problemáticas medio-ambientales que aquejan a la sociedad. En este sentido, al tener a disposición las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) se pueden concebir diversas formas de enseñanza que son atractivas para los estudiantes. Por tal razón, esta propuesta tiene como intención la implementación de medios digitales en la enseñanza del uso sostenible del recurso agua, por medio de un juego virtual en los estudiantes del grado cuarto de la Institución Educativa Gilberto Echeverri Mejía del municipio de Bello, Antioquia.
Abstract: The teaching of the sustainable use of the water resource is a key element to take care the environment from elementary school, high school and higher education since it is directly or indirectly related with each one of the settings proposed by the Ministry of Education Curricular Guidelines (living setting, physical setting, Science, Technology and society). For this reason, science teachers must focus their efforts on seeking and creating new teaching strategies towards the care, saving and efficient use of this liquid of vital significance for all living beings of the planet, generating on students a critical and reflective thinking in relation to environmental problems which afflict society. In this sense, having at hand Information and Communications Technology (ICTs), different ways of teaching can be conceived which are attractive to students. Therefore, this proposal has as a goal, the implementation of digital means in the teaching of sustainable use of water resource through a virtual game in fourth elementary graders from Institución Educativa Gilberto Echeverri Mejía in Bello municipality, Antioquia
