La actual propuesta de enseñanza relaciona el uso de una unidad didáctica con temas de Ciencias Naturales y Educación Ambiental en el manejo integral de residuos sólidos (MIRS) y la práctica de las 3 erres (reducir, reutilizar y reciclar). Esta herramienta está diseñada inicialmente para los estudiantes de 5º de la IE El Pedregal, Escuela Rafael. J. Mejía de Medellín, quienes mediante el desarrollo de la propuesta se verán inmersos en ambientes de aprendizaje presencial, virtual, personal, cooperativo, etc. Establecidos en ciertos aportes del aprendizaje significativo crítico que consigue identificar y estructurar algunas percepciones de los estudiantes sobre los temas en cuestión.Summary
Abstract: The current teaching proposal relates to the use of a didactic unit with issues of Natural Sciences and Environmental Education in the integral management of solid waste (IMSW) and the practice of the 3 r (reduce, reuse and recycle). This tool is designed initially for the 5th grade students at IE El Pedregal, Escuela Rafael. J. Mejía of Medellín, who through the development of the proposal will be immersed in learning environments face-to-face, virtual, personal, cooperative, etc. Established in certain contributions of the critical learning that manages to identify and to structure some perceptions of the students on the subjects in question. On the other hand, the methodological design of the present applied research raises some premises of the action research given its participatory and self-reflexive nature that removes all the relevant parts in the analysis of the (IMSW) problem and that together implies the accomplishment of actions to transform its reality. Among these actions is the implementation of methodological tools such as reading articles, field diaries, questionnaires, interactive games, videos, songs, crafts, etc. Facilitated through the didactic unit, the face-to-face, virtual and cooperative work carried out by the 5th grade students. From the above it was possible to stimulate in the students a sense of reflection on the care and conservation of the natural resources and processes of school coexistence, beautification of the campus and the promotion of an environmental culture in order to mitigate the negative impacts of the current and accelerated ConsumerismKeywords
