Resumen
El presente documento describe el proceso que se realizó para la construcción y estructuración del diseño Curricular para el entorno físico, del grupo de grados de octavo y noveno de la Institución Educativa Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala. Diseño que se estructuró teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del entorno, los lineamientos curriculares del MEN, el análisis de currículos internacionales, entre otros sustentos teóricos. Para iniciar el proceso se realizó un diagnóstico a través de una encuesta a los docentes de la I.E, con el propósito de reconocer sus prácticas pedagógicas y curriculares en el área de Ciencias y específicamente las relacionadas con el entorno Físico. Los resultados de este diagnóstico evidenciaron que por lo menos para el caso del entorno Físico las practicas pedagógicas y curriculares tenían falencias en su desarrollo y aplicación, teniendo en cuenta esta situación se intervino el diseño curricular y se presentaron sugerencias para su desarrollo, con la intención de generar cambios en algunas prácticas e incidir a futuro en los niveles de desempeño de los estudiantes en el área de física.
Abstract. This document describes the process that was made in order to the construction and structure of the curriculum design for the physical environment of eighth and ninth grades in the Educational Institution Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala. Design that was structured according to the environment needs of curricular limits of the MEN, the analysis of international curriculum, among other theoretical supports. In order to begin the process, we realized a diagnostic through the teacher’s survey of the I.E, to recognize his pedagogic and curricular practices in Sciences and specifically the practices related to the Physical environment. The results of this diagnostic demonstrated in Physical environment the pedagogic and curricular practices had lacks in development and application, consider this, the development curriculum was controlled and they presented suggestions for this, with the intention of generating changes in some practices affecting the levels of the students’ performance in the physic area.
