Abstract

La comprensión de mundo microscópico en el que estamos inmersos es una tarea cuidadosa que requiere de la intervención de varias disciplinas científicas que puedan dar explicación de los fenómenos y procesos que ocurren específicamente a nivel nutricional en niños y adolescentes y que hacen parte de un aula regular donde, además, se integran estudiantes con limitaciones auditivas. Igualmente es importante reconocer que cuando se habla de inclusión, de lo que se trata es de involucrarlos de manera equitativa en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Sin embargo, en la realidad esto no se cumple, porque los instrumentos y los mismos programas de formación desconocen esta realidad y trabajan en materiales didácticos para estudiantes sin necesidades especiales. Partiendo de esta necesidad se desarrolla una propuesta cuyo objetivo es contar a través de una historia y de manera sencilla los conceptos involucrados en el metabolismo celular desde una perspectiva molecular, haciendo uso de la lengua de señas; utilizando analogías y prácticas experimentales que permitan la eficacia en la comprensión y apropiación de conceptos dirigidos hacia la adquisición de aptitudes científicas y críticas.

Abstract The understanding of the microscopic world is a careful task that requires the intervention of several scientific disciplines that can explain the phenomena and processes that occur specifically at nutritional level in children and adolescents and that are part of a regular classroom Where, in addition, students with audition limitations are integrated. It is also important to recognize that when talking about inclusion, what is involved is to involve them equitably in the teaching-learning process. However, in reality this is not true, because the instruments and the training programs themselves ignore this reality and work on didactic materials for students with no special needs. Starting from this necessity a proposal is developed whose objective is to tell through a history and in a simple way the concepts involved in the cellular metabolism from a molecular perspective, making use of the sign language; Using analogies and experimental practices that allow the efficacy in the understanding and appropriation of concepts directed towards the acquisition of scientific and critical aptitudes.
