Propuesta metodológica de tiempo real para el proceso de restablecimiento de un área operativa de un sistema eléctrico de potencia

Abstract

En el instante en que ocurre un apagón, el operador solo cuenta con el último estado de la red y unas reglas escritas, adquiridas de la experiencia operativa, para minimizar la incertidumbre que se pueda presentar durante el transcurso de normalización de la red, lo que hace que el proceso se vuelva más lento e inseguro. Con el fin de ofrecer al operador de la red, seguridad en la toma de decisiones en el momento de iniciar el plan de restablecimiento en cuanto a las condiciones de calidad, confiabilidad y flexibilidad del sistema, en este trabajo se pretende plantear una metodología para ser utilizada en tiempo real, como ayuda visual para lograr la mejor estrategia en el inicio de dicho proceso.

Abstract: In case of a blackout, the system operator only counts with the last status of the network and some written rules, acquired from operational experience, which are used to minimize the uncertainty which can occur during the network restoration. This makes the process slow and insecure. In order to provide the network operator, more security over decision making at the momento of initiating the restoration plan regarding the quality conditions, reliability, and system flexibility, this research aims to set out a methodology to be used in real time, as visual aid to achieve the best strategy at the beginning of the restoration process.
