Resumen
El objetivo de esta tesis es presentar el análisis de la configuración del movimiento Madres Comunitarias del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar y sus transformaciones a movimiento de trabajadoras de Colombia, a partir de tres conceptos: trabajo, acción colectiva y sujeto trabajador; analizados desde la información recuperada de las publicaciones del periódico el Tiempo entre 1990 y 2016 y entrevistas con algunas de las madres comunitarias. Se concluye con el análisis paulatino en el cambio de su discurso con la incorporación de elementos que las configuran como sujetos trabajadores
Abstract: The objective of this article is to present the analysis of the configuration of the movement of Community Mothers of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF) and its transformations to the movement of Colombian workers, based on three concepts: work, collective action and worker subject; analyzed from the information retrieved from the publications of the newspaper El Tiempo between 1990 and 2016 and interviews with some of the communitary mothers. It concludes with the gradual analysis in the change of his speech with the incorporation of elements that configure them as a workers subject.
