Abstract. The teaching of organic chemistry has traditionally developed and mechanically repetitive, in which students acquire a set of tools to name compounds and recognize reactions that are often insignificant. Properties that are very detached from the chemical and its object to provide explanations to the macroscopic from the microscopic world with this representation of himself through modeling. Therefore, this paper aims to design, implement and analyze a teaching strategy for teaching organic chemistry from molecular models, using simple experiments with teaching cases based on active learning, with which it succeeds in establishing the three-dimensionality of the molecules. The didactic boxes are used as a basic feature be made of easily accessible teaching materials in any context. Through the implementation phase positive significant changes were detected in some aspects such as the three dimensional shape of the molecules and see her to understand the molecular interactions, among others.
