Resumen
En este trabajo se diseña una estrategia didáctica basada en el uso de analogías para la enseñanza de la estequiometría; la estrategia está dirigida a estudiantes de grado décimo de educación media vocacional de la Institución Educativa John F. Kennedy, de la localidad octava de Bogotá. El objetivo de esta propuesta es innovar en la forma tradicional como se enseña la estequiometría, haciendo uso de situaciones cotidianas y cercanas al estudiante, que corresponden al análogo, a partir de las cuales se van a establecer relaciones con el tópico o nuevo conocimiento. Dentro de las actividades que hacen parte de la estrategia didáctica, se trabajan conceptos básicos que son fundamentales en la enseñanza de la estequiometría. Se espera que con la aplicación de la estrategia didáctica se mejore y facilite el aprendizaje y disminuyan las dificultades en la comprensión del nuevo tema. El presente trabajo se puede convertir se convierta en una herramienta guía para cambiar las prácticas pedagógicas en la Institución.
Abstract. On this Project it is designed a didactic proposal based on the use of analogies in the teaching of stoichiometry. It is directed to tenth graders at John F. Kennedy School, located in 8th district in Bogotá. The main objective of this proposal is to innovate in the traditional way of teaching stoichiometry by using daily, common and familiar situations to the students, in an analogic way, to introduce and establish new relationships with the new topics or knowledge. Among the activities, part of this didactic strategy, basic contents relevant for the stoichiometry teaching are covered. It is hoped that by applying this didactic strategy, the learning process will be foster and better and the difficulties in the comprehension process of new items will be reduced. This work becomes a useful tool to change the pedagogical practices traditionally applied at the institution.
