Resumen
El trabajo presentado tiene como objetivo determinar los aspectos que se deben considerar al diseñar un modelo para el desarrollo de programas de emprendimiento corporativo (EC), desde la práctica activa del Design Thinking (DT), en el contexto del sector empresarial alrededor de TransMilenio S.A., a fin de que tanto organizaciones con interés en promover programas dentro de sus empresas puedan identificar las condiciones habilitantes para el desarrollo de este tipo de iniciativas, de la misma forma para potenciales emprendedores corporativos que buscan reconocer las competencias que les permitan tomar la iniciativa de emprender sin dejar su trabajo, todo esto dentro del marco de trabajo ágil que representa el Design Thinking y la incorporación del concepto de Producto Mínimo Viable como elemento habilitador que permite pasar de la ideación a la acción.
Abstract: This study aims to achieve to determine the aspects that should be considered when designing a model of corporate entrepreneurship (CE) programs, from the active practice of Design Thinking (DT), in the context of the business around TransMilenio S.A., looking for that both organizations with interest in promoting programs within their companies can identify and enable conditions for the development of this type of initiatives, in the same way for potential corporate entrepreneurs that seek to recognize the competences that allow them to take the initiative to entrepreneur without leave your work, all this within the framework of agile work that represents Design Thinking and the incorporation of the concept of Viable Minimum Product as an enabling element that allows you to move from ideation to action.
