Resumen
Este trabajo nace de una duda y malestar, ¿qué ha significado la educación para el cuerpo y cómo lo ha afectado?, ¿qué ha significado en el mío?, ¿qué ha significado y transformado en otros? Este texto es una aproximación a ello desde el lugar más cercano y vívido: mi propia experiencia como estudiante. “El gesto del espacio. Potencia de un encuentro” se pregunta por las fuerzas que nos moldean, las opresiones y los márgenes en el aula, pero a su vez por la oposición susurrante que nos habita, en los gestos que emergen en el cuerpo como resistencias, leves o demoledoras, visibles o etéreas.
Es desde estos gestos, que reconozco el cuerpo, el espacio y la imagen, como una materia que nos rodea permanentemente, haciéndose presentes, convirtiéndose en lugares de creación y apertura, potencia del encuentro en todas sus manifestaciones, movimientos, oscilaciones y fracturas. Tomar voz, desobedecer, desdibujar y redibujar la cuadrícula que ha rodeado mi cuerpo es lo que me convoca, deseando con ello, invitar a otros, a crear la palabra, a dudar de lo estable, o movilizar lo detenido. Abstract
This project is born out of doubt and discomfort, what has education meant for the body? and how has education affected it? what has education meant for my body? and what has it meant and transformed in others? This text is an approach to these questions from the closest and vivid place: my own experience as a student. “The gesture of space. The power of an encounter ” asks about the forces that shape us, the oppressions and the margins in the classroom, but at the same time about the whispering opposition that inhabits us, in the gestures that emerge in the body as resistance, slight or devastating, visible or ethereal.
It is from these gestures that I recognize the body, the space, and the image as the matter that permanently surrounds us, becoming present, becoming places of creation and openness, the power of the encounter in all its manifestations, movements, oscillations and fractures. Having a voice, disobeying, blurring and redrawing the grid that has surrounded my body is what summons me, wishing with it, to invite others to create the word, to doubt the permanent, or to mobilize the detained.
