Abstract
This research carries out an analysis of the real estate market that has been developed in the area influenced by the Urban macro-project called Centralidad Norte Metropolitana del Valle del Aburra located in the municipality of Bello / Antioquia. The relationship of the surrounding real estate market’s location to this macro-project ensures it will be a participant in future real estate developments in the sector. The report was established by studying the historical development of the sector's land use planning, an analysis of the Land Management Plan and related current regulations, further studies of the real estate market in the area of influence is supported by research into the
construction licenses granted to the most pertinent real estate projects in the sector.
