Resumen
La interventoría técnica ya sea de proyectos u obras civiles se constituye como una labor importante, pues sobre esta recae la responsabilidad de las diferentes fallas que puedan presentarse durante todas las etapas del proyecto y su vez puede tener consecuencias como catástrofes que conllevan a pérdida de vidas humanas. Por lo cual se hace necesario la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas las cuales permitan ejercer un control detallado de todas las actividades que están dentro del alcance de la interventoría, garantizando que los proyectos se lleven a cabo de acuerdo con los intereses de la entidad contratante, cumpliendo con la normatividad, presupuestos y tiempos establecidos.
La clave principal para alcanzar estos objetivos está en la adopción de la tecnología, gestionándose de una mejor manera la información que se recolecta en campo, lo cual permite adquirir conocimiento y una toma de decisiones más acertada y en menor tiempo. En Colombia dentro de los proyectos y las obras civiles, se evidencia que no hay implementación de metodologías y herramientas tecnológicas que sirvan como apoyo a las tareas realizadas por el interventor.
Por estas razones este estudio propone el uso de herramientas digitales en el rol de la interventoría, como instrumento de control de mayor rigurosidad que permite una gestión más eficiente, que garantice una mejor supervisión y control del proyecto
Abstract
The technical auditing of projects or construction works is constituted as an important task because it is responsible for the different failures that may arise during all stages of the project and in turn, can have consequences such as catastrophes that lead to loss of human life. Therefore, it is necessary to implement technology tools that allow exercising detailed control of all the activities are within the scope of auditing. This way, these can ensure that the project is carried out according to the interests of the procuring entity, complying with the regulations, budgets, and established times.
The main key to achieve these objectives, is the adoption of the technology, managing in a better way the information that is collect in the field, which allows to acquire knowledge and decision making more accurate and in a shorter time. In Colombia, within projects and construction works, it is clear that there is no implementation of methodologies and technological tools to support the tasks carried out by the auditor.
For these reasons, this study proposes the use of digital tools in the role of audit, as a more rigorous control tool that allows for more efficient management, which ensures better supervision and control of the project.
