Abstract
From the mining law, the objectives of public interest in Colombian mining are not only contrary to the legal status that guarantees the third generation rights provided for in the agreements of the international community adopted and in force in Colombia, but also ignores the precepts of Resilient Cities, thus the principles of territorial ordering and the autonomy of territorial entities, if it is taken into account that the subsoil is the property of the State, but acts as if it were the property of the
government.
