Resumen
La investigación como campo de acción y de formación se presenta como uno de los principales elementos para la generación de conocimiento dentro del campo de la Administración. Sin embargo son diferentes las problemáticas que rodean dicho cometido, presentándose la formación excesivamente profesionalizante del administrador de empresas como una de sus principales limitantes; aunque teóricamente esto es reconocido, son pocos los estudios que han abordado dicha problemática, lo cual motivó a la realización del presente estudio, que desde una perspectiva cualitativa y cuantitativa abordó dentro del espacio de formación al acto didáctico como el escenario promotor de competencias investigativas en administración. Las conclusiones muestran hallazgos importantes para caracterizar las contribuciones de la didáctica en la formación de competencias investigativas en administración. Desde dichos resultados se presentan nuevos estudios en torno a la formación del administrador / Abstract: Research as a field of action and training is presented as one of the main elements for the generation of knowledge within the field of Administration.
