Abstract
This is the third cassette in a series of four cassettes in total that Luis Neeba Gwajko recorded about the heron dance or i'chʉba majtsi as part of his own initiative to safeguard the miraña songs and word for future generations. I'chʉba majtsi belongs to the second group of Miraña dances; that is, to the dances originating with Ayvejʉ I'chʉba, son of the Creator Piiveebe, which are about thanksgiving or praise. The audio contains the A and B sides of the cassette.
