Resumen
Esta investigación-creación explora el deterioro como experiencia sensible, afectiva y material, tomando como punto de partida la casa familiar. Su desgaste arquitectónico se convierte en un archivo vivo donde se sedimentan memorias, duelos y afectos. A través de una práctica situada entre el archivo, el cuerpo y las artes vivas, se propone una arqueología afectiva del deterioro en la que restos como el polvo, las grietas o los objetos rotos se transforman en materia performática.
El cuerpo aparece atravesado por memorias familiares, donde el asco, lo monstruoso y lo abyecto se configuran como lenguajes no formales para habitar lo incómodo. El deterioro se inscribe no solo en los muros de la casa, sino también en los vínculos entre la infancia, la enfermedad, la muerte y lo animal, generando un protolenguaje precario desde el temblor y lo ilegible. Las artes vivas intensifican esta experiencia al abrir un espacio para la intuición, la experimentación y el riesgo, desbordando lo representable. Abstract
This practice-based research explores deterioration as a sensitive, affective, and material experience, taking my family home as a point of departure. Its architectural decay becomes a living archive where memories, grief, and affections sediment. Through a practice situated between the archive, the body, and the live arts, it proposes an affective archaeology of deterioration in which remnants such as dust, cracks, and broken objects are transformed into expressive matter.
The body appears traversed by family memories, where disgust, the monstrous, and the abject are configured as non-formal languages to inhabit discomfort. Deterioration is inscribed not only in the walls of the house but also in the bonds between childhood, illness, death, and the animal, generating a precarious protolanguage born from trembling and the illegible. Live arts intensify this experience by opening a space for intuition, experimentation, and risk, overflowing the representable. Thus, the repulsive and the uncomfortable emerge as forms of creation from within unease.
