Resumen
En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de la implementación de los principios del Lean Project Management (LPM) en la Norma Técnica Colombiana 5802 de ICONTEC referente a la gestión de proyectos de investigación, desarrollo e innovación (I+D+i), con el fin de contribuir a la gestión de la innovación en el país. Mediante una metodología de investigación de tipo exploratoria se propuso un modelo de gestión y formulación de proyectos, dado que estos se enfrentan a problemas relacionados con la incertidumbre, cambios, retrasos e incumplimientos, lo cual se traduce en desperdicios y pérdidas. Se plantearon actividades puntuales para cada fase de gestión enlazando los conceptos actualmente contenidos en la norma con los principios del LPM.
