| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el impacto de diferentes métodos de enseñanza de la habilidad blanda de comunicación persuasiva, centrándose en la secuencia de presentación, dentro de grupos de participantes a través de un taller. Los objetivos específicos incluyeron la comparación entre grupos para identificar el impacto del orden de entrenamiento en la comunicación persuasiva y estudiar los cambios en las habilidades de comunicación antes y después del taller. Se pretendió investigar el impacto de secuencias específicas de estímulos en las habilidades de comunicación de los emprendedores, sugiriendo una metodología más efectiva. Además, se propuso de manera complementaria que podrían existir mejoras en la comunicación persuasiva con el entrenamiento, independientemente de la secuencia. Los resultados, basados en una muestra de 40 participantes, indicaron una representación demográfica y emprendedora diversa. El taller de capacitación mejoró significativamente la competencia general en comunicación persuasiva en todos los grupos, confirmando la efectividad de la intervención. El análisis de varianza no mostró un impacto significativo del orden de entrenamiento en la competencia de comunicación persuasiva. Un análisis adicional demostró que todos los grupos experimentaron mejoras significativas en varias subcompetencias, destacando el Grupo A con la mejora general más pronunciada. Las pruebas de Wilcoxon confirmaron el efecto positivo del entrenamiento en las habilidades de comunicación en todos los grupos. El estudio concluye que el taller mejoró eficazmente las habilidades de comunicación persuasiva y, aunque el orden de los estímulos no afectó significativamente los resultados, algunos grupos mostraron mejoras generales más sustanciales. Specific objectives included comparing groups to identify the training order's impact on persuasive communication and studying changes in communication skills before and after the workshop. The research investigated the impact of specific sequences of stimuli on entrepreneurs' communication skills, suggesting a more effective methodology. Additionally, it proposed complementarily that improvements in persuasive communication could occur with training, regardless of the sequence. Results, based on a sample of 40 participants, indicated a diverse demographic and entrepreneurial representation. The training workshop significantly improved overall competence in persuasive communication in all groups, confirming the intervention's effectiveness. | dc.description.methods | En la búsqueda de respuestas para validar o refutar la hipótesis planteada, se ha diseñado una metodología rigurosa que aborda de manera sistemática la influencia del orden en la aplicación de estímulos durante la enseñanza de habilidades de comunicación persuasiva en emprendedores. Este estudio se propone como un faro que ilumina el camino hacia metodologías más efectivas para cultivar estas habilidades blandas esenciales. Para la presente investigación, se optó por un diseño cuasi experimental de 4 grupos de Solomon con medición Pre-Post, una técnica de diseño experimental utilizada para analizar los efectos de cuatro tipos distintos de entrenamiento en habilidades de comunicación persuasiva. Este enfoque cuasi experimental se ha seleccionado debido a la naturaleza específica de la intervención y las limitaciones prácticas asociadas con la asignación aleatoria de los participantes a diferentes condiciones de entrenamiento.
