Based Relational Intervention) and to determine the factors related to the genesis and development of these tensions. This research was conducted through a qualitative methodology and a multiple case study design, in which the interaction between the relational facilitators and the caregivers was observed in two cases analyzed. The information about the observation of this interaction was recorded in an observation matrix and the data analysis was carried out through a content analysis methodology. As a result of this research, issues associated with the characterization of the ruptures were addressed based on the topics of conversation, the type of ruptures and the TA components affected by these tensions; Likewise, the relational facilitators’s factors, the caregivers, the technique and the intervention process related to the genesis and development of ruptures in the alliance were also identified.eng
