Farc-Ep y Eln una historia política comparada (1958- 2006)

Abstract

La tesis que pretende desarrollar este trabajo, consiste en afirmar que el comportamiento de las dos organizaciones guerrilleras (FARC-EP y ELN) está definido por la tensión entre una matriz categoríal (adquirida) que define su percepción del mundo social y, la confrontación de esa matriz con un mundo real que le es externo y que, está igualmente construido por su contrario (y por su diferente), en el proceso histórico y en la dinámica de la misma confrontación. Que esa tensión define los distintos caracteres de identidad desde donde cada actor construye su propio sistema de auto-referencia, como la cultura que “concreta” la manera de percibir el universo social y comportarse en él. Es en el marco de esa tensión que el discurso de las dos organizaciones adquiere sentido diferenciador, se afianza y se modifica, y va construyendo la historia del sujeto social y político como una historia de conflicto y confrontación permanente, con su afuera social e institucional. Una de las preguntas centrales que se formula esta investigación tiende a explicar: ¿por qué los grupos armados, FARC-Ep y ELN se comportan de la manera en que lo hacen; cuáles son las lógicas desde las que construyen sus referentes de identidad y definen sus formas de actuar en un contexto histórico que parece negarlas permanentemente?. Esta pregunta implica, acercarse a los imaginarios a través de los cuales, las dos organizaciones, perciben y conciben la realidad, y establecen la relación entre el discurso y la práctica social y política, con el objeto de poder dilucidar, desde qué universo conceptual y categorial, se estructura la “cultura política” que da origen a su discurso y define su práctica social, política y militar. / Abstract. The thesis, which aims to develop this work, will ensure that the behavior of the two guerrilla groups (FARC-EP and ELN) is defined by the tension between a categorical array (acquired) that defines their perception of the social world, the confrontation of this matrix with a real world that is external and that is also built by its opponent, in the historical process and the dynamics of that confrontation. Equally, that this tension defines the various characters where each player builds his own self-reference system, such as the culture that "sets" way of perceiving the social world and how one behaves in it. It is under such tension also that the discourse of the two organizations is distinguished, consolidated and amended, and which constructs the social and political history of the subjects as being a history of conflict and continuous confrontation with the outside social and institutional world. One of the central questions which this research will answer and explain is why the armed groups, FARC-EP and ELN, behave the way they do, the logic from which they build their identity and define their actions, in a context that throughout history has tended to deny them. This will entail approaching their imaginary vision through which the two organizations perceive and conceive the reality and establish the relationship between discourse, social practice and political power. This will help clarify from what conceptual and categorical universe they structure their "political culture" from which their discourse derives and define their social, political and military actions.
