Resumen
La ausencia de competencias argumentativas en los estudiantes de educación media de la Institución Educativa Técnica La Sagrada Familia de la ciudad de Ibagué evidenció la necesidad de crear un curso de lógica informal que se centre en el estudio de los argumentos. Por este motivo se redactó un texto que sirve como guía para estructurar dicho curso aportando el orden de los temas y el contenido de los mismos, contando con una extensa cantidad de ejemplos de la vida cotidiana, matemáticas y otras ciencias. El curso se implementó en la IE Ciudad Luz con el nombre de desarrollo del pensamiento matemático, donde los resultados fueron satisfactorios e invitan a continuar investigando esta área de lógica
The Lack of argumentative competences among high school students at the IET La Sagrada Familia in Ibague city showed the need of creating a course on informal logic focused in the study of argumentation. This is why it was written a text to be used as a guide for the structuration of this course, showing the topics and its contents involving a large amount of daily life examples, mathematics and other sciences. The course was implemented at the IE Ciudad Luz under the name “Development of mathematical thinking” having a very satisfactory outcome which invites to go further in the research in this area of logics.
