Given the need to formulate innovative and sustainable solutions in agro-industrial production chains, open innovation emerges as a key approach to facilitate collaborative participation among diverse actors. This thesis aims to develop an open innovation system for the sugarcane production chain in Cundinamarca, where gamification acts as a key driver to incentivize participation and co-creation among stakeholders. A mixed-methodology approach was used, incorporating expert studies and the identification of critical variables, concluding with a conceptual application proposal. This allowed the identification of mechanisms that can facilitate the implementation of participation schemes through gamification, which could enhance the capacity of actors to address the sector's challenges.eng
