Resumen
Abstract
In full 2023 and less than seven years after evaluating the SDG formulated for 2030 on
eradicating hunger and the different forms of malnutrition, the picture is bleak, because the
pandemic by COVID-19 increased the numbers of undernutrition worldwide (FAO, IFAD,
WHO, WFP and UNICEF, 2022, p. 11).
However, rural school teachers have the tools to address this SDG from the root, literally,
therefore, through the chairs of Natural Sciences and in correlation with the field of
Environmental Education, within the framework of the MEN for grade 9, classrooms can
be converted into school gardens (of course, if the right space, soil and climate conditions
are met) and from this directed pedagogical space, can bring the population to live
harmoniously with terms such as 'food security' 'water security' and will provide the
population with tools for managing their own crops and soils.
This Master’s protocol is designed for the population of a Rural College, located in the town
19 of Ciudad Bolivar, within the city of Bogota DC have tools for creation and collection
of seeds that allow them to create their own orchards and thus expand their accessibility to
foods that meet the requirements to have a healthy and balanced diet
