Resumen
Esta es una investigación cualitativa de carácter biográfico narrativo. Un estudio de caso sobre los significados de género y sexualidad presentes en las experiencias amorosasy eróticas de una pareja de huilenses. Desde una perspectiva feminista y antropológica analizo las vivencias de los cónyuges en interacción con su prácticareligiosay el contexto cultural del Huila, Departamento de Colombia.Motivo por el que reviso de forma crítica la categoría huilensidad, empleada para caracterizar dichoterritorio y su gente. El trabajodestaca la religión como unacategoría de poderque establece nociones específicas de“hombre”, “mujer”, “pareja”, “familia” o “amor”. Pero también, muestra que la experiencia religiosa representa una oportunidad paradistanciarse de mandatos hegemónicos del sistema de géneroyde símbolos regionales dominantes.
Abstract. The present studyis a qualitative research projectof a biographical narrativenature. It is a case study about the meanings of gender and sexuality seen in the erotic and loving experiences of a couple born in the Department of Huila, Colombia.This study analyzes the experiences the couple has when interacting with their own religion and cultural context in Huila from a feminist and anthropological perspective. Thus, the category huilensidadis critically revised so as to characterize its territory and people. Similarly, this study highlights the religion as a category of power that establishes specific notions about “man”, “woman”, “couple”, “family” or “love”. However, it also shows that the religious experience is an opportunity to drift apart from the hegemonic orders given by the gender system and the dominant regional symbols.
