Abstract. In this paper we develop a proposal aimed to the creation of a simulation that becomes to tool not only for the teacher, but also for the student which permits to teach the rotation matrix in two and three dimensions through the use of geometry, it is used the animation program Flash CS6 using a code aimed to objects ActionScript 3, it is achieved to create a software called SOFTROTATE which has different windows in order the student to visualize and interacts with aspects such as: Euler angles, Not Commutativity rotation, rotation axis, active and passive transformations and angular and tangential velocity, this tool was designed for any population according to the necessities of the teacher, it was applied to students of ninth grade at Porvenir school branch B, and during the sessions good results were obtained in the evaluation of the design as well as in the use of the windows for diverse guided activities within the classroom.
