Resumen
Cuando un trabajo termina, el buinaima viene. Este viene con las lluvias hacia el final del año cuando los trabajos de la chagra han terminado y todavía no se socola para la chagra del año siguiente. El espíritu del buinaima viene a recoger las tareas del año y con él vienen las lluvias, porque el buinaima es el hombre de las aguas. La gente en ese tiempo pasa más tiempo en la casa, está haciendo canastos y utensilios, y en el mambeadero se habla así como Kɨneraɨ habla en este texto. Esta palabra fue grabada hacia el final de un año de trabajo de grabaciones.
Abstract
When a job ends, the Buinaima comes. This comes with the rains towards the end of the year when the work on the chagra has finished. The spirit of the Buinaima comes to collect the tasks of the year and with it come the rains, because the Buinaima is the man of the waters. People at that time spend more time at home, they are weaving baskets and making utensils, and in the mambeadero they speak like Kɨneraɨ speaks in this text.
