La colección “Palabra de consejo de Kɨneraɨ" fue migrada al nuevo repositorio “Sistema Digital de Oralidades Eetane” en mayo de 2025. Aquí se conservan los archivos existentes en esa fecha. Esta colección contiene principalmente grabaciones del anciano okaina-murui Hipólito Candre Kɨneraɨ, del clan Kɨnerenɨ del río Igarapaná. Fueron grabadas por el antropólogo Juan Alvaro Echeverri y la bióloga Olga Lucía Montenegro (ambos actualmente profesores de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia) en 1992 y 1993. Diez y seis de estas grabaciones son la base de los textos presentados en el libro Tabaco frío, coca dulce, el cual recibió el Premio al Rescate de la Tradición Oral (Colcultura, 1993), y fue re-editado en 2008 (ver "Más información"). En la presente colección se encuentran los audios de esos 16 textos, más otras 47 grabaciones, junto con sus transcripciones y traducciones.

The “Elder Kɨneraɨ’s Words of Advice” collection was migrated to the new “Sistema Digital de Oralidades Eetane” Repository in May 2025. The files existing on that date are preserved here. This collection contains mainly recordings by the Okaina-Murai elder Hipólito Candre Kɨneraɨ, from the Kɨnerenɨ clan of the Igarapaná River. They were recorded by the anthropologist Juan Alvaro Echeverri and the biologist Olga Lucía Montenegro (both currently professors at the National University of Colombia) in 1992 and 1993. Sixteen of these recordings are the basis of the texts presented in the book Tabaco frío, coca dulce, which received the Premio al Rescate de la Tradición Oral (Colcultura, 1993), and was re-edited in 2008 (see "More information"). The present collection contains the audios of these 16 texts, plus another 47 recordings, along with their transcriptions and translations.
